Lease by Nicholas Lyne of Southcreyk (Norf.) to John Leg and Cecilia his wife of a messuage with croft adjoining in Southcreyk late "Gallowes" lying at Robynesgrene, with one parcel of land called "Clementys" in the same croft in Southcreyk with all it's appurtenances, for the term of their life or the longer liver, at a yearly rent of 2s.; Nicholas to discharge and services to the chief lord and to undertake repairs "in Thakkyng Ryfyng Daubyng and Heggeny." Given at Southcreyk on the Monday after SS Philip and James, 38 Henry VI.
